62 Baird Place is a registered 2-unit building (with an upper and lower unit) that is bright, airy, and clean.  This is the perfect location for students or faculty attending Memorial University (a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away) and Atlantic Canada's largest shopping centre, Avalon Mall, is within sight at the end of the street.

Each unit has a dedicated driveway, entrance, and in-unit laundry.  Regular lawn maintenance and professional cleaning services are included in the rent.  No smoking and no pets.
