Rent includes regular lawn maintenance and professional cleaning of common areas.  Heat, internet, and electric (lights) is additional. This unit has just been upgraded from top to bottom!  Recent improvements include kitchen counters (with new faucet and sink), lighting (incl pot lights in the Living Room), the plumbing-in of a dishwasher, newly renovated bathroom with all-new fixtures (and towel warmer), interior doors, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
